The Ask
Develop a brand for an apartment community situated just outside of the Madison, WI area. The property offers some of the largest floor plans of its nearest competitors, and conveys a classic style that the management team wanted to see interpreted in a brand identity design.
Selling An Experience
Highlighting the amenities of the properties in a way that makes you feel like you need to be there. Adding textural design elements that interpret the theme in a unique way further adds a level of detail that people will associate with the brand.
